Atlas Sleep (“Atlas,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a health, recovery, and athletic performance application designed to help athletes understand their sleep, recovery, readiness, and training.
Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, Atlas may collect information such as account information, sleep data, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), respiratory information, workout and activity data, recovery information, training logs, and other information you choose to provide in the app.
Apple Health
With your permission, Atlas may access health and fitness information through Apple Health and HealthKit to provide sleep, recovery, readiness, and performance insights. Access is controlled by your Apple Health permissions, which you can change at any time.
Health and fitness information obtained through HealthKit is used to provide and improve health and fitness functionality within Atlas. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data-broker purposes.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Atlas, calculate recovery and readiness insights, personalize the app experience, provide training and performance features, maintain accounts, troubleshoot problems, improve our services, and protect the security of Atlas.
Service Providers
Atlas may use third-party service providers to operate parts of the service, such as authentication, databases, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and app functionality. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to Atlas.
Data Sharing
We do not sell users’ personal information or health information. We may disclose information when necessary to operate the service, comply with applicable law, protect users or Atlas, or with your consent.
Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information as necessary to provide Atlas and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements. Users may request deletion of their Atlas account and associated data through the account-deletion features available in the app, where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Atlas is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
