Bu Kullanım Şartları, Atlas Scan uygulamasını kullanırken tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenler.
1) Kabul ve Kapsam
Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu şartlar, uygulamanın tüm ücretsiz ve premium özelliklerini kapsar.
2) Uygunluk ve Hesap
Atlas Scan hesap gerektirmeden kullanılabilir. App Store ve satın alma işlemleri için Apple kimliğinizin aktif ve geçerli olması gerekir.
3) Lisans ve Kullanım Hakkı
Uygulama size kişisel, devredilemez ve sınırlı bir kullanım lisansı ile sunulur. Uygulamayı çoğaltma, tersine mühendislik veya yeniden dağıtım gibi işlemler lisans kapsamında değildir.
4) Yasal ve Doğru Kullanım
Uygulamayı kullanırken:
Geçerli yasalara uymayı,
Başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemeyi,
Yetkisiz içerik kopyalama/dağıtımı yapmamayı
kabul edersiniz.
5) Belge İçeriği ve Sorumluluk
Taradığınız, düzenlediğiniz ve paylaştığınız belgelerin içeriği tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Geliştirici, kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikten sorumlu değildir.
6) Premium Planlar ve Ödemeler
Premium planlar App Store üzerinden sunulur:
Aylık ve Yıllık planlar otomatik yenilenebilir abonelik olabilir.
Ömür Boyu plan tek seferlik satın alımdır.
Abonelik yönetimi, iptal ve iade süreçleri Apple politikalarına tabidir.
7) Hizmet Değişiklikleri
Uygulama özellikleri, arayüz ve fiyatlandırma; teknik, yasal veya ürün geliştirme nedenleriyle güncellenebilir.
8) Sorumluluk Sınırı
Uygulama mevcut haliyle sunulur. Veri kaybı, gelir kaybı veya dolaylı zararlardan geliştirici azami ölçüde sorumluluk kabul etmez.
9) Sonlandırma
Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz halinde uygulamaya erişiminiz sınırlandırılabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
10) İletişim ve Geçerli Hükümler
Şartlarla ilgili sorularınız için App Store geliştirici iletişim bilgilerini kullanabilirsiniz. Uyuşmazlıklarda zorunlu tüketici mevzuatı hükümleri saklıdır.

These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations of parties when using the Atlas Scan application.
1) Acceptance and Scope
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all free and premium features of the application.
2) Eligibility and Account
Atlas Scan can be used without creating an account. Your Apple ID must be active and valid for App Store and purchase operations.
3) License and Right of Use
The app is provided with a personal, non-transferable, and limited license. Actions such as copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution are outside the scope of this license.
4) Lawful and Proper Use
When using the app, you agree to:
comply with applicable laws,
not violate others’ rights,
not perform unauthorized copying/distribution of content.
5) Document Content and Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the content you scan, edit, and share. The developer is not responsible for user-generated content.
6) Premium Plans and Payments
Premium plans are provided via the App Store:
Monthly and Yearly plans may be auto-renewable subscriptions.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
7) Service Changes
App features, interface, and pricing may be updated for technical, legal, or product improvement reasons.
8) Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted, the developer is not liable for data loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages.
9) Termination
If you violate these terms, your access to the app may be restricted or terminated.
10) Contact and Governing Provisions
For questions regarding these terms, please use the developer contact information on the App Store. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain reserved.
