Atlas Cubs Soccer Academy is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful training environment for all students.

By enrolling your child in the Academy, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Liability Waiver:  Atlas Cubs Soccer Academy, including its coaches and volunteers, will not be held accountable for any injuries that may occur during training sessions, games, or other Academy-related activities. In the event of an injury, the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for any and all costs related to ambulance services, medical treatment, hospital care, and follow-up services.

2. Respect Policy:  The coach expects every student to treat teammates and opponents with respect at all times. Intentional harm, bullying, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the Academy.

3. Parental Consent:  By submitting this registration form, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement. Your child’s enrollment automatically constitutes acceptance of this policy.
