Click on each marked location for more information.
Airport connection
One of the best ways to get around Lisbon is by metro (underground), see below. There is a direct metro line connecting the airport (Aeroporto station) to the city center (red line - linha vermelha). The airport is very close to the city: the distance to Instituto Superior Técnico is around 5km, so a Taxi or Uber is also very convenient and relatively cheap, usually not more than around €10 except during peak times.
How to reach the venue
By metro
The closest metro stations to Instituto Superior Técnico (5-10 minute walk) are Alameda (red and green lines) and Saldanha (red and yellow lines).

The restaurant is located in front of Santa Apolónia metro station (blue line), and we recomend going by metro, as it is the simplest (and fastest) way to get there. When exiting the station, follow the train (Comboios) directions; as soon as you reach the train station lobby, turn right and exit to the street Rua Caminhos de Ferro.
