Atlantic Care Services — SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program: ACS Shift Verification and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Alert System
Effective date: June 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the automated text-message (SMS) program operated by Atlantic Care Services (“ACS”). By providing your mobile telephone number to ACS and enrolling in the Shift Verification and EVV Alert System, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program description

ACS sends automated (application-to-person) SMS text messages to enrolled employees relating to their work, including clock-in and clock-out reminders, missed-visit alerts, shift and scheduling notifications, and other operational communications necessary for compliance with payor and Electronic Visit Verification requirements. These messages are operational and transactional in nature and are not marketing communications.

2. How you enroll (consent)

As part of their role, ACS employees may enroll in the Shift Verification and EVV Alert System, and consent to receive these operational text messages is provided through ACS’s employment and onboarding documentation and annual recertifications. Employees may opt out of SMS delivery at any time by replying STOP (see Section 5); opting out of text delivery does not remove the underlying responsibility to remain reachable for time-sensitive clock-in/clock-out and compliance matters.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your clock-in and clock-out activity.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ACS is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-out — STOP

You may opt out of automated text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the program. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive automated text messages to that number. Remaining reachable for time-sensitive clock-in/clock-out and compliance matters is part of your work responsibilities; if you opt out of SMS, you are responsible for promptly notifying your supervisor and maintaining an alternative means of remaining reachable.

7. Privacy

Information collected through this SMS program is handled in accordance with the ACS SMS Privacy Policy, available on the Atlantic Care Services website. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to these Terms

ACS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be displayed on the Atlantic Care Services website: atlanticcareservices.com
