Welcome to Atlantic Suites!

An oasis of luxury awaits you in your home away from home. Located steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic Suites offers a set of newly constructed luxury apartments. All units offer two (2) generously appointed bedrooms with a fully modern bathroom. The villa comfortably sleeps 4 and has a luxurious primary bedroom with a king size bed, closet, and dresser. The second bedroom contains a tropical inspired queen size bed and closet. Units include full AC and hot water, to provide the utmost comfort during your stay. The suites offer a beautiful open concept design that includes a full modern kitchen including kitchen island and stainless-steel appliances. A true oasis, suites have access to free Wi-Fi, smart TVs in each room, AC, Hot-water, and laundry facilities. You will also have access to two balconies, one private and a full balcony in the common area with seating to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This rental is child and family friendly.

House Rules

No smoking or illegal substances is permitted inside the property including in common areas or suites.

Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay.

Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours 11pm to 8am.

Please limit visitors to less than 10 persons.

No pets are permitted.

Visitors cannot stay overnight.

Guests and their visitors are to dispose of garbage in the allocated trash cans.

Ensure all windows and doors are properly shut and locked when you leave.

Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.

Free off-street parking is available in front of the property.

All guests (and any visitors) must comply with all house rules, including for their own safety.

Guests are responsible for any damage sustained to the house and its furnishings during their stay.
