Description: Victory Decatur has adorable sandwiches and cheap Tecate with lime; but this list is about Ping Pong. The back room is a little small and house paddles questionable at times. You'll *probably* get a 3* ball playing here. The good news is this place is a ton of fun, attracts a great crowd, and will absolutely not kill the budget. Come for a great time and know the ball won't go too far away.
