The board commenced planning and prioritised modernisation to bring efficiency to Club operations moving forward.
The Board outlined the following priorities
Financial operations - review and assess the Club’s fiscal position, identify areas to save and propose a financial plan for the Club
Membership management - identify and implement an online membership management solution that would eliminate current manual processes
Website - update the website layout and streamline the design, making it easy to find information about the Club, and join online
Newsletter - pause the current newsletter, and re-imagine it when an online member management system is in place
Peach State Star Gaze - remain focused on delivering the event
Club Bylaws - review and propose amendments to support online elections in future, among other improvements to the Club
