These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the design, development and use of Tinker Blocks, including both physical kits and virtual resources (collectively, the “Materials”), developed under the ATL Smart Tinker Blocks initiative. By accessing, using, or distributing the Materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable Creative Commons License.
The Materials are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
You are free to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the Materials.
You must provide appropriate attribution, may not use the Materials for commercial purposes, and must distribute any derivative works under the same license.
Users must give appropriate credit to the original creator as follows: “Designed and Developed by Mr. Kiran Kumar H. S., Regional Mentor of Change – Karnataka, associated with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog.” Attribution must be included in all reproductions, adaptations, or derivative works, whether physical or digital.
The Materials may be used for educational, research, and personal learning purposes only.
The Materials may be incorporated into classroom teaching, workshops, hackathons, and innovation bootcamps.
Commercial exploitation, branding, or resale of the Materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
Use the Materials for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization.
Misrepresent the Materials as your own creation or imply endorsement by Mr. Kiran Kumar (creator), NITI Aayog, or Atal Innovation Mission.
Remove or obscure any attribution notices or license references.
The Materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The creator and associated institutions disclaim all liability for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the Materials.
The Materials are intended solely for educational and prototyping purposes and are not certified for industrial or commercial deployment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator and associated institutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Materials, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or data loss.
You may modify or adapt the Materials, provided that attribution is retained and the derivative work is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Any modifications must be clearly indicated.
Distribution of modified versions must include a link to the original source.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The creator reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Materials after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
