Alyssa Vollaro

Alyssa Vollaro received her Master of Science from the Atkin Lab in 2016. She used FTIR and s-SNOM to analyze protein aggregation, fibrillation, and gelation. She was a Staff Research Associate at the Metabolomics Core Facility at the University of California, Riverside, and now, she works as a Senior Research Associate in Analytics at Impossible Foods.
