Hey! I'm Atisa D'Abdon (she/her/hers) and I'm the Cultural Assistant Arts & Entertainment Editor for The Evanstonian at Evanston Township High School. I am an international student from South Africa, this is my second year on staff, and my first year being an A&E staff writer. The Evanstonian has helped me grow immensely as a writer and a person, it has given me the opportunity to meet lifelong friends and be an active member of the community. In addition to the paper, I am an actor in ETHS Theatre, a director of Transfer Programs for the ETHS Ambassadors, and a member of the Community Service Club. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, listening to music, and travelling.
