If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Differentiation:
Unlike many AI music platforms that restrict use to adults only, our Service is designed to support young creators, with clear parental responsibility safeguards.
FlowTune provides AI-powered tools that allow users to:
Generate original music or songs using artificial intelligence
Input text prompts, lyrics, or musical preferences
Receive AI-generated audio outputs for personal creative use
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed automatically via your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Subscription pricing and duration (weekly, yearly, etc.) are displayed in the App at purchase time.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple, in accordance with App Store policies.
Differentiation:
We do not offer off-platform payments or hidden billing mechanisms—all transactions are fully managed by Apple, ensuring transparency and compliance.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes only.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service commercially without permission
Circumvent usage limits or technical protections
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including:
Lyrics
Text prompts
Uploaded materials
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content only as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
Differentiation (Important):
We do not automatically claim ownership of your creative inputs, nor do we claim broad rights beyond operating the product.
AI-generated music outputs are produced algorithmically and may not be unique.
We do not guarantee that generated music is copyrightable or free from similarity to existing works.
You are solely responsible for determining whether AI-generated content is suitable for commercial use or public distribution.
Key Differentiation:
Unlike some platforms that imply commercial safety, we explicitly disclose AI originality limitations, enabling informed creator decisions.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
Violates laws or intellectual property rights
Is abusive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit
Impersonates others or misrepresents identity
Uses automation or scripts to abuse system resources
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice including:
Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the infringing material
Your contact information and sworn statement
We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, advertising, cloud infrastructure).
We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
Availability or uninterrupted operation
Fitness for a particular purpose
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
