The product is health insurance, and there are various level plans. Because the customer's budget, language, and preferences may vary, we classify them based on group of age and line of work. Communication techniques used by sales representatives are also divided into groups according to the channel they use. Knowing that the majority of our learners are millenials, I designed the course in the style of a mobile app, and to make the course more personal, they will enter their name and the Point of Sales at the start of the course, and this identity will be used throughout the course.
I am both the designer and the developer for this project. Sales trainer and product manager are the SMEs. The project's goal is to assist Sales Representatives in properly presenting the product and handling objections.
