Welcome to my blog on 5G - The latest wireless broadband technology standard for broadband cellular networks.

5G is the first generation that devotes itself to connecting both humans and machines, and hence it gathers a lot of excitement. Accordingly, the service requirements and the technical performance requirements are extended from mobile broadband (MBB) to the new use cases (for example eMBB, uRLLC, etc.). The diverse requirements pose significant challenges to design the working 5G system.

This blog focuses on major 5G terminologies and the various requirements for successful deployment and operation. As the blog matures, I will add 5G use cases as well.
