SOLD OUT - Greek Oregano
Strong oregano aroma and flavor; great for pizza and Italian cooking. Characteristic dark green leaves with white flowers. Greek oregano is considered the “true oregano” and is typically the oregano that you fid in the standard supermarket spice rack. It is appreciated for its strong aroma and spicy intense flavor.
Catnip
If you have a cat, then you should be growing catnip. If you don't have a cat, then grow some catnip for yourself. People have been using it in their tea for centuries!
Italian Chives
A must-have herb that is easy to grow and attractive as well. Their flattened leaves have a delicate onion flavor that is a great addition in cooking. This perennial has lavender flowers that attract pollinators during the summer months, and are also edible with a very mild onion flavor.
SOLD OUT - Common Sage
An aromatic, bushy, semi-woody herbaceous perennial shrub that has edible leaves and flowers. It is found in many gardens and offers great texture and sensory observations with its furry grayish-green leaves. The flowers are camphor-scented and may be bluish-lavender to pinkish-lavender and appear as upright spikes in the early summer. They prefer the sunny and free-draining soils, and will tolerate drought and poor soils.
Dill
Dill is an aromatic herb known for its culinary and medicinal properties, including antioxidant benefits. Dill prefers full sun, well-drained, low fertility soils and grows best from seed. Prune plants to promote a lush, bushy growth. Dill flavor is best when it starts to flower. The stems, leaves, flowers, and seeds are edible.
SOLD OUT- Cilantro (Coriander)
A must-have herb that is easy to grow, but thrives in cool climates, especially during the spring and fall. It requires full sun and well-drained soil, Keeping the cilantro watered and mulched with straw will help keep soil temperatures cool. Site your cilantro where there is some afternoon shade to extend its lifespan. When it goes to seed, harvest them as you will have a great addition to your spice rack, coriander. Coriander is the seed of cilantro.
SOLD OUT - Sweet Basil
This is one of the easiest herbs to grow in your garden either directly in the ground or in pots on your patio. It also grows well indoors on a sunny windowsill that gets at least 6 hours or more of sunlight per day. Sweet basil is a hearty herb that grows happily as long as it has good sunlight and well-drained soil.
