1. Please note photography and videography may be taken at our events and this may be shared across any of our social media platforms.

2. Food at any event may contain nuts or nut traces.

3. Athia Samaj is not held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings during events.

4. Events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice

5. Food at events should be consumed on site, with minimal waste.

6. Where we may have an official Athia Samaj photographer / videographer; please refrain from obstructing them.

7. Please follow instructions from our committee members and volunteers at all events.

8. We do not take responsibility for any errors on our social media platforms.

9. Tickets to Athia Samaj events are non refundable unless cancelled by the organisation.

10. Please adhere to capacity guidelines at all venues for health & safety.

11. If there are children below the age of 18 attending events, please ensure the parent or guardian are with them at all times.
