It depends on the type of project/client. Can provide firm-fixed price proposals as well as work on T&M (Time & Materials) contracts.

Available to take on most projects right away. Turn around times depend on the size/complexity of the project but estimates can usually be completed within 2 weeks of receiving the necessary documents.

Athena is the Greek goddess of wisdom. Our family adopted a black lab/shepherd named Athena around the time this company was started. She's the inspiration for the name/logo. We at Athena Estimating aim to provide the necessary "wisdom" to deliver your project on time and within budget.

Hi, I'm Kyle Haake and I'm the one pictured with Athena. I have over 15 years of experience in cost estimating both for the Federal Government and the private sector. I am passionate about helping governments and companies achieve their project goals. It brings me great joy to see a project be constructed and operational that I had a hand in helping come to fruition. Though cost estimators don't wield a hammer or drive a nail, the project wouldn't occur if it didn't stick to its budget. I take great pride in doing my small part to help bring your projects to life and I look forward to partnering with you on your next endeavor.
