I was born in 1971, in Uberaba, Minas Gerais, the most traditional state in Brazil.

I have lived in 5 different cities in Brazil and a few other cities around the world.

Some of those cities are historic cities. Some are relatively new cities like Goiânia, capital of State of Goiás, and Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. Both of which are examples of modern Brazilian urban planning and architectural design.

where have I been?

Niš Yugoslavia (now Serbia) - I was 27 years old when I left Brazil for my 1st international work assignment.

The opportunity to live and work in a former Socialist country enabled me to learn how different it was from the South American culture I grew up in. In addition I learned that the concepts of architecture are the same no matter where you go.

Naples Italy - Following the assignment in Yugoslavia I moved to a new job in Italy as an architect trainee.

At the completion of this job I spent 6 months traveling around Europe incorporating my passion for architecture with the pleasure of travel. Where ever I go I like to visit sites that I can expand my awareness of other cultures and learn about the local architecture.

These experiences have become my sources for inspiration and creativity.

Each different construction detail, construction system every element, every lay-out and floor plan helps increase the knowledge and appreciation of my profession.

my hobbies

I came from a traditional Portuguese family and one of my favorite hobbies is baking. Cake decoration it is my favorite. I like to give my cakes a little twist adding some alcohol. Don't worry, the cakes are only for adults.

I also enjoy clay sculpture and marquetry.
