Formerly a private school teacher, Mrs. Baker has had 8 years of experience teaching in an international classroom setting, and 11 years teaching homeschool.  Now she works with her own children and friends to provide an engaging learning environment for all students.  Mrs. Baker knows that every child has unique learning styles, and she endeavors to create a program that will help each child flourish.

Mrs. Baker offers multi-subject tutoring for children in grades TK – 5.  

Subjects can include English Language Arts (Reading and Writing), Mathematics, Social Studies and Science.  Content covered in class is non-sectarian.

Tutoring can be done one-on-one or in a small group setting. Virtual tutoring can be provided as needed.

Subjects include: (TK-Grade 5)

Math, Language Arts (Spelling and Reading), Science, and Social Studies.  Bring your own curriculum or Mrs. Baker has options for you to choose from.

Services offered in the Whittier and La Mirada areas of Los Angeles. 

Location for tutoring will be at a mutually convenient place which may be at a home, library, park, or community building.
