Simulation software written in C that I developed during my PhD studies at the University of Edinburgh to simulate Site frequency spectra (SFS) assuming a two-epoch demography and selection (with a variety of distributions of fitness effects). The program performs simulations using a transition matrix approach to obtain the allele frequency distribution of the population and then samples the SFS.
Software written in C that I developed during my PhD studies at the University of Edinburgh to infer the Distribution of Fitness Effects of new mutations using a maximum likelihood approach. The software allows for multiple parametric and non-parametric models for the DFE.
Software written in C++ to perform Approximate Bayesian Computation by Daniel Wegmann. I worked in developing and integrating new methods included in ABCtoolbox.
Software written in C++ for analysis of ancient genomes by Daniel Wegmann. I worked in developing and integrating a new method to estimate heterozygosity which is a main feature of ATLAS.
Software written in C++ for Bayesian probabilistic factorization using Gibbs sampling.
Implementation of GIBBS sampler for Bayesian penalized regression with a spike and slab prior.
