We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your Atfagni account and all associated personal information (Profile, Phone Number, and Trip History), please follow these steps:
Send an email to daminsoft@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Include the Phone Number associated with your account.
Once received, our team will verify the request and permanently delete your data from our servers within 7 business days.
How do I top up my wallet?
Wallet balances are managed via cash contributions at official Atfagni physical points in the camps and Mauritania.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We never sell your data to third parties.
