GIS Training Package for LGUs

• Duration: 5 consecutive days

• Mode of Delivery:  On-site face-to-face lecture, Demonstration, and Hands-on exercises

• Free Installers, Handouts, Materials, and Links to Open data sources

• Electronic copies of Manuals and Presentations

• Expert Resource Speakers

• Customizable topics based on the objectives of the LGU

• Maximum of 50 participants

Software Requirements:

• Preferably with Microsoft Operating System installed

• With Basic knowledge of computer operations

• With Basic knowledge of web navigation

Hardware and Network Requirements:

• Laptop Computer with at least i5 or equivalent processor

• Hard disk space of at least 500 GB

• RAM capacity of at least 8 GB or equivalent

• Reliable internet connection (will depend on venue) or else mobile data will be used

Steps to avail the training:

1. Send a Letter of Request to inecar@gbox.adnu.edu.ph or ateneoregishub@gmail.com with the following :

   • Objectives of the organization

   • Target date of training

   • Expected number of participants 

   • Target venue

2. Terms of Reference (TOR)

   • Finalized schedule of training after confirmation from both parties

3. Fifty (50) percent downpayment or Php.87,500.00 upon signing of the TOR

4. Conduct of training

5. Full payment of the remaining fifty (50) percent or 87,500.00 during the last day of the training.

Please take note that the payment only covers training materials and consultancy/training fees for a maximum of 50 participants paid to ATENEO DE NAGA UNIVERSITY. Logistical needs of the participants such as venue, meals and snacks, transportation, and accommodation shall be taken care of by the requesting party.
