Terms & Conditions for Booking
By booking media services with ATAYLORTALE MEDIA LLC (“Media Provider”), you (“Client”) agree to the following:
Client must ensure the property is clean, decluttered, and photo-ready before the scheduled shoot.
Media Provider is not responsible for the appearance of clutter, disarray, poor staging, or cosmetic issues in the final media.
Additional staging, decluttering, or editing services are available only if arranged in advance and may incur extra fees.
Appointments may be rescheduled by the Media Provider in cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen events.
Media Provider is not liable for delays, cancellations, or unusable footage caused by weather, lighting changes, or acts of nature.
Client is granted perpetual, non-exclusive commercial rights to use the delivered media for marketing the specific property and their professional services.
ATAYLORTALE MEDIA LLC retains full copyright ownership and may use the media for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Media will be created in accordance with MLS guidelines to the best of the Media Provider’s knowledge.
Client is responsible for ensuring their use of the media complies with local MLS copyright requirements.
Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Media Provider is not responsible for property damage, injury, or loss occurring during the shoot unless caused by gross negligence.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ATAYLORTALE MEDIA LLC against any claims related to the use of the media.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
