The purpose of this app is to make seemingly unrelated activities, such as different types of food or activities, comparable. To do this, each activity in a catalogue is given a 'parameter factor'. The higher this factor is, the better a certain amount of that activity is for your health. Not now, but in the future we want to adjust the factors according to age and gender, based on scientific evidence. The data collected in this app will hopefully provide that knowledge.
