Customer Returns

Ebay and Mercari Orders are not eligible for returns, those sales are final. 

ATG Consignment & Thrift Return Policy are as follows: 

1. Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to submit your return request within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is accepted, kindly ship the item back within the remaining 7-day period, ensuring that you use the label we provide as it is the only way we can track your return. 

2.  In order to be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in their original condition upon receipt, with a restocking fee of $2.99 applicable to all returns. 

3. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items, and final sale items are non-returnable.

4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund total.

5. - Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
