Online Bookings

Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Clients are kindly asked to provide accurate contact information when booking appointments online.

If any changes are required regarding an appointment, clients will be contacted directly through WhatsApp or email where possible

Appointments are by booking only and subject to availability.

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling to avoid affecting other appointments.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.

Repeated missed appointments without notice may require a deposit for future bookings.

Certain treatments may require a consultation and consent form to be completed before the appointment to ensure client safety and suitability.

Aftercare advice may be provided after treatments to help maintain the best possible results.

Before and after treatment photos may occasionally be taken for business portfolio or marketing purposes only with client permission and consent.

Payment is required upon completion of treatments. Cash and card payments are accepted.

Gift vouchers are available through WhatsApp enquiry and are non-refundable.

Please inform Atalia Beauty Studio of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or injuries before treatments.
