■What to do アクティビティ:

• Talent show (perform anything that you are confident of): optional - up to 10 performers and please inform me in advance.

• Play Christmas-themed games

• Surprise guest  (Ho! Ho! Ho! Do you know who?)

• Sing carols

• Taste Christmas cakes/sweets from around the world

• Party with sweets and drinks

■What to prepare: 

Your own personal necessities such as water bottles, tissues, towels, etc.  

If you join the talent show, please bring your own things/ props for your show. (We have a piano, drum set, chairs, micros to lend you on the stage.)

And above all, please bring your CHRISTMAS SPIRITS and let's have fun together.

もしタレントショーに参加する予定であれば、ショーに使う用品を持参ください。（ステージには、ピアノ、ドラムセット、椅子、マイクを貸出できます。）

■Participant FEE: 1,500 JPY/ kid with 1 adult accompanied for free of charge. Please pay 500yen per 1 extra adult. (Eg.: 1 kid + 1 adult = 1,500yen; 1 kid + 2 adults = 2,000yen.)

参加費：子供　1人 1,500円、参加子供1名付き保護者1名無料で参加可能。参加子供1名付き保護者２名目から1名500円加算になります。ご了承ください。

(例えば、1キッズ＋1大人＝1500円、1キッズ＋2大人＝2000円)

■About payment method: You can pay by bank transfer or via QR code (PayPay) after the event. Please don't pay cash on the day as it will be busy at the event to exchange cash there ^^ I will not ask for pre-pay and I plan to complete the preparation for the event at least 2 days in advance according to the number of participants, so I hope you won't cancel at last minute.

お支払い方法：銀行振込 又はQRコード決済（PayPay). 当日が混雑なので、現金渡しをお勧めしません。前払いを要求しませんが、イベントの少なくとも2日前に参加人数によって準備完了する予定なので、ドタキャンなどをしないようにお願い致します。

• Play shopping: build your own shop and shop in turn with play currency "Spooky".

• Play games: different game activities to interact more together.

• Halloween Parade "Trick or Treat": walk along Suminodo shopping arcade and collect your treats.

内容：

・お店屋さんごっこ：自分のショップを用意し、お互いのお店にお買い物を楽しむ。

・ゲーム：体を動かすアクティビティを遊ぶ。

・「トリック・オー・トリット」のハロウィンパレード：住道商店街にパレードをして、スィーツをもらおう。

■WHAT to prepare: make some small “products” or simple festival games for your shops such as handmade cookies, handmade accessories, things with origami papers, small object scooping, magic show corner, etc. (main purpose is to play in English, so anything simple, small is alright.)

準備必要なもの：自分のお店に販売する商品を用意する。例えば、ハンドメードクッキー、ハンドメードアクセサリー、折り紙完成品、お祭りゲーム（小物すくい、あたりゲーム、手品など）。目的は英語でお店屋さんごっこするので、小さくて簡単なもので良いです。

Let's watch family-friendly movie about Christmas in English at a private cinema hall.

WHEN:  10:00~12:00, Sunday, December 17, 2023.

WHERE: DIC 21 Hall (just 2 mins walk from JR Suminodo station).

FEE:  ￥500 for an adult ;  ￥300 for a kid. 

※FREE POPCORN for everyone.

※If we have time after the movie, let's have a quiz time in English about the movie we watched.

家族全員そろって英語でクリスマスの映画を楽しましょう。

• Crafts: Make something "Easter"

• Play games: different game activities to interact more together.

• Easter Egghunt : chocolate eggs and plastic eggs are hidden everywhere in the hall. Go find them and collect them all, so that we can share the chocolate eggs among us to bring home.

　イベント内容：

・クラフト（工作）：イースターらしい工作をしてみましょう。

・ゲーム：体を動かすアクティビティを遊ぶ。

・エッグハント：イースターと言えば「エッグハント＝卵狩り」アクティビティですね。コストコで買ったチョコレットエッグもプラスチックエッグも会場内でどこかで隠しているよ。探してみてね。見つけた卵を集めて食べれる卵をみんなでわけ合いましょう。

■What to prepare: color pens, stickers, dry glue, scissors, etc.

準備必要なもの：カラーペン、ステッカー/シール、ドライのり、ハサミ、等。
