Once Upon A Time and A Buncha Book Artists are collaborating to bring Project WRITE, a writing contest for K-5 to submit their own poems and short stories and allow their creative liberties to prosper. The purpose of holding this event is to give children an opportunity to advance their literary skills and learn the joys of story telling through their own works.
K-5 only
Entries can be typed or handwritten
Typed: Times New Roman. 12pt, Double space
Handwritten entries must be legible and scanned
Standard lined paper (wide or college ruled)
Please include a cover page: Title + Author’s name
Keep Everything PG, Appropriate (No violence)
Original content--no fan artwork or fan inspired
