We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
You retain ownership of any notes, recordings, text, or documents you upload or create within the app.
By using AI features, you understand that selected content may be temporarily processed by third-party AI providers solely to provide app functionality.
You agree not to upload or share:
Illegal content
Harmful or abusive material
Content that violates intellectual property rights
Malware, spam, or malicious files
The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
No refunds are provided except as required by Apple’s policies.
The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as:
Google AdMob
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
All app content, branding, design, logos, and software related to AI Note Taker & Summarize are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute app content
Reverse engineer the app
Modify or exploit the app for unauthorized purposes
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app
We are not responsible for data loss, AI inaccuracies, or third-party service interruptions
Use of the app is at your own risk.
