This Privacy Policy applies to the ASU STAYS mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), which is owned and operated by ASU STAYS (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use on an “AS IS” basis.

The Application collects certain information when you download, install, and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to:

• The pages of the Application you visit, along with the time and date of your visit

• The total time spent using the Application

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available through your device or application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter.

If you wish to request deletion of your data, please contact the Service Provider at support@asustays.com. Requests will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If it is discovered that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, such data will be promptly deleted. Parents or guardians may contact the Service Provider to request deletion.

Security

The Service Provider implements reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of user information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
