Birthday Parties at Astroskate
Saturday 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Our base party for 10 costs $280 with extra guests being charged at $15pp. This includes skating/skate hire, decorated table, lolly bags (Australian lollies), bowls of potato chips, corn chips or shapes, hot pizza and a 600ml water per guest all put together in our party area off our main reception.
This price includes standard food choices only and does not cater for food intolerances/allergies (although the potato chips are usually gluten free) and, whilst one pizza is always a vegetarian option, gluten free or dairy free will incur a further charge (as they cost us more to purchase). Extra notice will need to be given for these options as orders are usually placed once final numbers are ascertained.
To secure a booking we require a $100 deposit which can be paid either in cash in person during our Friday night 7-9pm session or Saturday 1-3pm session or via bank transfer (bank details available at time of booking)
Once we receive your money into our account you will receive a text message from us confirming your booking. We will text again on the Thursday immediately prior to your booking to get your final numbers (this will be the number catered for with the table decorated and place settings made for this amount).
By providing us with your deposit you agree not to bring in any outside food (other than the birthday cake) or drinks (other than personal drink bottles, although we do provide a 600ml water bottle per catered guest)…any other foods will incur a surcharge of at least $50 to allow for extra cleaning, etc (management must approve your intent to bring outside items prior to the date of your booking ). Due to the removal of single use plates/cutlery, etc, from sale and large increases in prices (that we are currently absorbing rather than passing on) we are no longer able to supply separate plates or plastic forks/spoons/napkins for cake so you will need to supply these items. We do not have freezer/fridge capacity to store cakes that require freezer/fridge storage.

Note: we will do our best to cater to your child’s favourite colours but due to the removal of all single use plastics from sale in WA, we are struggling to source supplies but are making every effort to source alternatives where required.
