Dmitrii Iakovenko, providing Astro Crush Odyssey under the DMITRII IAKOVENKO & Cyber Sparrow Games name ("we," "us," or "our"), explains here how information is handled in the iOS and iPadOS version of Astro Crush Odyssey (the "Game"). Apple and operators of external services may separately process information under their own policies.
The Game does not require a Cyber Sparrow Games account. It saves gameplay data on your device, including level and mission progress, coins, boosters, purchase-fulfilment records, and settings. A local purchase record may contain a store transaction identifier so the same purchase is not granted twice. This data supports gameplay, purchases, and restoration of eligible entitlements.
The Game does not provide account-based cloud synchronisation of progress. Deleting the Game normally removes data in its local app storage, but a device or platform backup may retain a copy. Restoring a store purchase does not necessarily restore locally saved progress, coins, or boosters.
On production iOS and iPadOS App Store installations, the Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand use and improve gameplay and reliability. Its current iOS configuration keeps Firebase Analytics collection disabled for TestFlight and Xcode installations. The production App Store version enables it after Firebase initialisation succeeds.
When enabled, Firebase Analytics may process an app-instance identifier and other app or device identifiers used by the SDK, app and operating-system information, session and interaction information, and approximate location inferred from network information. The Game also sends gameplay events such as level starts, completions, failures, milestones, rewards, and revives. Some events include a level number or level type.
For completed real-money purchases, the Game sends a purchase event with the product ID, product category, price, and currency. Firebase Analytics may also collect supported in-app purchase events automatically. We do not send full payment-card details through these custom events. We use analytics for product insights, not to identify players by name.
Apple processes purchases made through the App Store. The Game receives the product and transaction information needed to show prices, complete purchases, avoid duplicate grants, and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password. Apple may also provide developers with app diagnostics and aggregated store information according to your device and Apple settings.
Apple's processing is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
The current iOS Game is configured not to display banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads and does not request the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). It does not use Firebase Analytics for personalised advertising in this version. If a future release adds advertising, we will update this Policy before that release. Android versions, if available, may differ from this iOS description.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use it to answer your request, resolve problems, and meet legal obligations. Please do not email passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Google provides Firebase Analytics and processes analytics information for us under its applicable service terms. See Firebase privacy and security information. Apple handles App Store distribution and payments. Your email provider and ours process messages you send to support. These providers may process information in other countries under their own legal and security arrangements.
Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or the Game, subject to device backups. Analytics and support information are kept according to the applicable service settings and as long as needed for the purposes described here or legal requirements. We use reasonable security measures, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
You can stop future use of the Game and its analytics collection by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically delete analytics information already sent to Google or information kept in device backups. The current Game does not offer an in-app analytics switch.
You may email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of the Game, subject to applicable law. Because the Game has no player account and analytics identifiers are pseudonymous, we may need information you can provide to locate a record, and some records may not be identifiable from an email address alone. We will use available provider tools where technically possible and legally required.
The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not ask players to create profiles or knowingly request names or contact details from children in the Game. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's information. The Game or these pages may link to external websites; their operators control their own privacy practices.
We may update this Policy when the Game, its services, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a new effective date.
