PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

We’re excited to have you on board! Review the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and easy pick-up experience. 

When you're picking up from 5250 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90045:

Your vehicle will be conveniently located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage behind the office building. Here’s how to get there:

• By Car:
  If you’re driving, simply head to the parking garage and drive up to the 3rd floor. Once there, look for the Astro Car Group signs or flags hanging from the ceiling to guide you directly to your car.
  If you're using a ride service (Uber, Lyft, etc.), you can ask your driver to drop you off at the parking garage entrance, and they won’t need to pay for parking. Once dropped off, you can take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor.

• On Foot:
  If you are walking, you’ll still need to enter the garage and take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor. We’ve marked the area with Astro Car Group signs and flags to make it easy for you to spot the vehicle.

• Astro Car Group Signs:
  You’ll notice our logo on the walls and flags hanging from the ceiling on the 3rd floor. These will guide you straight to your car.

• Parking Area Visual Guide:
  We’ve created a simple video walkthrough to help you navigate the parking garage easily. Whether you’re walking or driving, this video will help you locate your car without any hassle.

We highly recommend watching these videos ahead of time so you’ll feel confident and prepared when you arrive. The more familiar you are with the location, the quicker and smoother your pick-up will be!

Once you’ve arrived at the 3rd floor, look for us in the designated parking area (shown in the video). We’ll be there to meet you and hand over the keys to your vehicle. We’ll also answer any final questions you may have about the car before you hit the road.
