Booking Fee
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received and the appointment has been confirmed via email. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations, Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, failure to attend, or arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the loss of any booking fee paid. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another client.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rearranged, or cancelled. In this case, your booking fee may be lost.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice, and your booking fee can be transferred to the new appointment. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new booking fee to secure another appointment.
Consultation Forms
All consultation and medical forms must be completed before your appointment where required. If forms are not completed in time, your appointment may need to be delayed, rearranged, or cancelled.
Medical Suitability
Some treatments may not be suitable due to medical history, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin condition, recent procedures, or other contraindications. If treatment cannot go ahead for safety reasons, an alternative treatment may be offered where appropriate. In some cases, you may be advised to seek GP/pharmacist/prescriber advice before treatment.
Treatment Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not suitable, safe, appropriate, or in your best interests. This includes situations where there are contraindications, unrealistic expectations, signs of infection, broken skin, recent sun exposure/sunburn, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Patch Testing
Some treatments may require a patch test before treatment can be carried out. If a patch test is required and has not been completed in the correct timeframe, your appointment may need to be rearranged.
Children & Guests
Please attend your appointment alone where possible. Due to insurance, hygiene, safety, and treatment-room limitations, children may not be able to accompany you to your appointment.
Payments
The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Payment can be made by cash, card, payment link or bank transfer. Klarna and Clearpay are also available for treatments or plans over £200, this is 18+ only and subject to status.
Results & Expectations
Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Some treatments require a course of sessions, maintenance, or homecare for best results.
Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be provided where relevant. It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare given. Failure to follow aftercare may affect your results and increase the risk of side effects or complications.
Location
Online bookings are for my private treatment room inside Platinum Hair Salon, Bolton. Appointments for my space in The Slimming Pod, Leyland can only be booked by messaging me directly.
Membership Commitment
The Astral Facial Club is designed to be enjoyed consistently for the best results. A minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months is required. After this period, you are free to continue or cancel at any time. You can cancel by sending an email to astralaesthetics00@gmail.com.
Monthly Treatment Booking
Your membership includes one facial treatment per month. Treatments must be booked and attended within the same monthly period following payment. Sessions do not roll over. If you do not book within this time, the session may be forfeited.
Treatments
There are two facials on offer and either can be chosen when booking in, each lasts 50-60 minutes:
1) Relaxing Facial - dim lights, soft music, blankets, double cleanse, enzyme peel, steam and/or hot towels, facial massage, mask, neck and shoulder massage (if you'd prefer not to undress your upper half a hand/arm massage/hair play can be done instead), toner, serum, moisturisers.
2) Prescriptive Facial - double cleanse, enzyme peel, treatment of specific skin issues as decided by your practitioner (this can include the use of devices such as ultrasonic scrubber, no needle mesotherapy, steam, high frequency, radio frequency, or cold plasma), extractions (if required), specific treatment mask, toner, LED, serum, moisturisers.
Appointments & Timing
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid disruption to other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Cancellations & No Shows
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend may result in the loss of that month’s session.
Payments
Membership payments are taken monthly by card via Stripe. By joining, you agree to make payments for the initial 3-month period. Missed payments may result in suspension of your membership and loss of any unused sessions.
Suitability & Treatment Changes
Treatments may be adapted based on your skin condition, medical history, or professional judgement on the day to ensure your safety and best results.
Non-Transferable
Memberships and sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others unless prior permission has been granted.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Astral Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is not deemed suitable, safe, or in the client’s best interest.
