The ASTRA Space Workshop will be hosted at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach on October 8.9, 2026.

The event is expected to take place within the Henderson Welcome Center Ballroom, providing space for technical sessions, sponsor engagement, networking, student presentations, and food service throughout the two-day workshop.

Attendees traveling by air can use Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), which is located directly adjacent to campus, or Orlando International Airport (MCO) for additional flight options. 

*Note: MCO is around 1 hour from the Embry-Riddle Daytona Campus via I-95
