The ASTRA Space Workshop is designed to provide students with opportunities to engage directly with industry professionals, researchers, faculty members, and policymakers working across aerospace, robotics, artificial intelligence, and sustainability.
Students attending the workshop will have the opportunity to participate in technical panels, keynote presentations, sponsor demonstrations, networking sessions, and recruiting activities. The event is intended to create meaningful connections between students and potential employers while exposing attendees to emerging technologies and future career paths in aerospace.
Students may also have opportunities to present research, participate in poster sessions, volunteer during the event, and contribute to workshop organization and outreach activities. These experiences are intended to help students strengthen their technical communication, professional networking, and leadership skills.
Because ASTRA brings together participants from academia, industry, government, and nonprofit organizations, students will be able to engage directly with professionals working in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, space operations, sustainability, policy, autonomy, and commercial space.
The workshop is especially focused on helping students explore internships, research opportunities, graduate education pathways, and future careers in aerospace and related fields.
