5. Launcher Function Notice
Launcher is one of the core features of the App. When you set the App as your default home app, it functions as your home screen launcher to display installed apps on your device and provide launch access to them.
Because this functionality requires the App to recognize installed apps on the device, the App needs access to relevant app information. Without such access, the core Launcher functionality may be limited or may not function properly.
You may stop using the Launcher feature at any time by, for example:
Going to your device Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app; or
Searching for “default home app” or similar terms in device settings and switching to another launcher.
6. Uninstallation and Local Data
You may remove the App at any time by:
Going to your device Settings > App management / App list, finding the App, and tapping “Uninstall”; or
Tapping “Uninstall” from the app store page.
After you uninstall the App, locally stored configuration data on your device will generally be removed. Data already received by third-party services may continue to be retained for a period of time according to their respective data retention rules.
7. Data Retention
We retain relevant data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.
In general:
Launcher local configuration data is typically stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App;
Advertising, attribution, fraud prevention, crash, and diagnostic data may be retained by the relevant third-party service providers according to their own retention rules;
Data required to be retained by law will be kept for the period required by applicable law and then deleted, de-identified, or anonymized as appropriate.
8. Your Rights and Deletion Requests
To the extent permitted under applicable law, you may request access to, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of data related to you.
To submit such a request, please contact us at:
Email: nord.kooding@gmail.com
If the App does not currently provide account registration or login functionality, account deletion mechanisms generally do not apply. If account features are added in the future, we will provide appropriate account and data deletion methods in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
9. Advertising and Privacy Choices
You may manage your advertising and privacy preferences using options provided by your device or platform, such as:
Resetting or limiting the use of advertising identifiers;
Adjusting advertising privacy settings on your device;
Managing consent or opt-out choices through in-app prompts or settings where applicable.
For users in different countries or regions, we may display relevant privacy notices, consent interfaces, or opt-out choices as required by applicable laws and platform policies.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
If you believe that a child has provided us with information, please contact us at nord.kooding@gmail.com
11. International Transfers
Because we or our service providers may process data in different countries or regions, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside your jurisdiction.
We will take reasonable measures to protect such data in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
