WAITING PERIOD & EXCLUSIONS

✓  Natural causes covered after 180 days (coverage begins on day 181).

✓  Pre-existing conditions, including cancer while receiving active chemotherapy treatment, terminal illness, kidney failure, and on  dialysis, and brain tumor are subject to the membership terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.

✓  Accidental death, suicide, or violent death within the first 3 business days after sign-up are covered.
