Katie Neumann

I began my real estate career in 1999 with RE/MAX 100 and then RE/MAX Top Professionals in Southern Maryland, where I grew up. I married my wonderful husband, Bryan, in 2003 and we had our first child in 2006 and decided to move our family to Garner, NC so Bryan could attend NCSU to get his Master's Degree in Computer Science. We now have 4 children (ages 19, 18, 16, and 15 ) and also 4 5 dogs!

After being at home for several years while my kids were young (and serving every role on the PTA) I decided I wanted to get back into real estate in late 2017. I was lucky enough to join a very successful team as their Listing Coordinator in early 2018. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of getting a home ready to list (aka: all of the research and paperwork), and soon added Transaction Coordinator (research and paperwork PLUS compliance? -- I'm in!) to my list of duties for the team. 

I wanted to be able to offer the type of services I excel at to not only top agents who could afford to pay an admin salary, but to agents at any level that needed transaction help, so I launched AYL on March 1, 2019. I have helped my amazing agents complete 1,000+ transactions, and sell 320+ Million in Volume. Some choose to stay with me, while others have been able to hire their own TC -- which I fully support and am SO proud of -- and I love what I do! 💕
