K R GURUPRASAD received his Ph.D. (2009) and M.Sc. (1997) both from Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India, and B.E from KREC/NITK) Mangalore University, India. He is currently with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. His research  interests include control, motion planning, multirobotic systems and applications.
