Asset Play is a stock market simulation game (“paper trading”). All money, portfolios, entry prices, and performance are entirely fictional. No real transactions are ever executed and no real money is ever invested.

The app does not provide any investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Never make a real financial decision based on this app. Investing involves the risk of capital loss.

By creating an account and using Asset Play, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose: Asset Play is an entertainment and learning app offering a market simulation. It does not allow you to buy, sell, or hold real financial assets.
No financial advice: no content in the app (prices, rankings, summaries, indicators) constitutes investment advice or personalized recommendations.
Minimum age: you must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are a minor, you must have the consent of your legal guardian.
Account: you are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your password, and any activity carried out from your account.
Good conduct: you agree to respect other users and not to publish illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, or sexual content. Profile photos are automatically filtered.
Cheating & abuse: any exploitation of vulnerabilities, automation, or attempt to manipulate rankings may result in account suspension or deletion.
Availability: the service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability, data accuracy, or absence of errors.
Liability: to the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses related to use of the app or decisions made based on its simulated content.
Intellectual property: the app, its design, and its original content remain the property of their publisher and may not be copied without permission.
Changes: these terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

We place great importance on protecting your personal data and process it in accordance with the GDPR.

Data controller: the publisher of Asset Play. For any questions about your data: asset.play.support@gmail.com.
Data collected: email address, username, bio, and profile photo; simulation data (fictional portfolio, fictional transactions, performance, leagues, clans, rewards); exchanged messages; and minimal technical data required for operation.
Purposes: create and secure your account, run the simulation and social features (friends, clans, rankings, messaging), and improve service reliability.
Legal basis: performance of the service you request (contract) and, where applicable, your consent (for example for notifications).
Hosting & processor: data is hosted via Supabase (authentication, database, and storage), which acts as a processor on our behalf.
Visibility: your profile (username, avatar, simulated performance) is publicly visible in the player directory and rankings. You control who can send you messages.
Image moderation: detection of inappropriate content on profile photos runs locally on your device; the image is not sent to a third-party service for this analysis.
No resale: we never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Retention: your data is kept while your account is active, then deleted (or anonymized) after account deletion.
Your rights: you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. You can delete your account from the Privacy tab, or write to us at asset.play.support@gmail.com.
Local storage: the app uses your device’s local storage for technical purposes (preferences, cache, session). No advertising cookies are used.
