Provided in this tab is the more in depth meanings behind demand, rarity, and possible statuses that an item may have.
Demand Overview:
Demand shows how "wanted" an item is. Demand determines how much overpay or underpay an item gets when trading for a different level of demand.
For example, an item worth 50 with a demand of 10 would get an OVERPAY in knives with a demand less than 10.
An item worth 50 with a demand of 1 would get an UNDERPAY in items with a demand greater than 1.
Overpay means the item gets more than the stated value, and underpay means the knife gets less than the stated value.
Demand Definitions:
9-10 - Best items in the game
7-8 - Very good items, often get overpays in most items
6 - Decent, the items doing well but doesn't see overpays as frequently
5 - Average
4 - Lower end of average, still average items but not as good as others
3 - Bad demand, sees underpays quite often
1-2 - Worst items in the game, typically small and obtainable items
Rarity Overview:

Statuses will occur on items for a variety of different reasons. An item with a status will have a colored name, with their definitions below:
Rising Status - These items are currently on the rise and are most likely to increase in value.
Lowering Status - These items are currently doing poorly and are most likely to decrease in value.
Inflated Status - These items are currently doing very well, but it is likely that this is a temporary phase.
