Annual Report 2020-2021

The new academic session for 2020-21 started on 1st February - 2020 school continued upto 17th March 2020. However, with the surge of covid-19 schools were closed from 18th march 2020.

With this new pandemic students and the teachers were forced to stay at home and however, teaching learning continued through online mode. It created financial burden to parents of poor students as many of them did not have devices to connected with them.

Till September 2020 students were traced out and got connected through different means. New principal joined the school as earlier principal got transferred. Some relaxation were issued by the Department of education, Government of Sikkim and teachers started visiting home of students. They were taught at their home. Students of higher classes i.e. IX-XII started coming to school with consent of their parents by following Covid-19 protocols.

Students were guided by teachers by maintaining social distancing norms. Parents - Teachers meeting was conducted in order to know the progress regarding teaching learning process. SMC meeting was also conducted. students started coming to school in batches. In February 2021 exams were conducted offline and their results were declared.

In the month of march 2021 general SMC meeting was conducted and parents - teachers meeting was also conducted. Practical for class XII were conducted by covid-19 protocols.
