Qualification & Experience: Candidates should have an LLB degree and a minimum of 5 years of working experience in any level of court.
Salary: The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 50,000.00.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 40 years as of June 1, 2023.

Panchayat Raj Institutions are involved in rural development through their participation in planning and execution at the village level. Gram Sabha which is an integral part of the Panchayat system is being empowered to involve all the people in the decentralized planning.
Kanaklata Mahila Sabalikaran Yojana: This flagship scheme, under the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission, aims at paving the way to generate sustainable livelihood among women in rural areas by forming 1 lakh SHGs covering about 10 lakh households.

There are three tiers of Panchayati Raj in Assam, the Zilla Parishad, Anchalik Panchayat and Gaon Panchayat at the district, block and village level respectively. The PRIs at all the three levels consist of elected representatives and supporting staff who are Government servants.
The main task of the gram Panchayat includes construction and maintenance of infrastructure, levying and collecting taxes and executing government schemes for the village.
The Panchayati Raj system was introduced in India with the aim of decentralizing political power and bringing governance closer to the people. This system was established to ensure that local communities have a say in the decision-making processes that affect their lives.
Following are the objectives of rural development: Improving the quality of life of the rural population. To improve the infrastructure of the rural areas. To reduce unemployment by providing opportunities for employment.
Rural development is geared towards improving the quality of life of the rural people by reducing poverty by providing self-employment and wage employment programs, providing drinking water, electricity, highway connectivity, health, housing, and education facilities to rural residents, strengthening Panchayati raj .
Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin)/ Indira Awas Yojana
Indira Awas Yojana revamped as Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awaas Yojana in 2016 is a welfare programme created by the Indian Government to provide housing to rural poor people in India. The goal of this scheme is to provide home to all citizens till 2022.
Jawaharlal Nehru
Jawaharlal Nehru inaugurated Panchayati at Nagaur on October 2, 1959. The day was selected on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday. Gandhi wanted Gram Swaraj through Panchayati Raj. The system was modified in 1992.
