Andrés Rodríguez is a Professor at the College of Computer Science at the National University of La Plata (UNLP) and at the Master in Technology and Aesthetics of Interactive Art at the National University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF), both in Argentina.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, a Master Degree in Software Engineering, and a bachelor degree in Industrial Design, all from the UNLP.

In the last 20 years, he has participated as an undergraduate and graduate teacher and researcher in numerous projects at the LIFIA Center, in addition to coordinating the Technology Transfer Area. He is the Academic Coordinator of the Specialization in Technology, Design, and Evaluation of HCI at UNLP.

He has developed and published research papers on HCI, User Experience Design, and Interactive Electronic Art for more than 20 years.

His current topics of interest are the processes of ideation and sketching of haptic interactions and the relationship of UX design with agile software development methods.
