Online classes for the academic year 2021-22 starting from 18.01.2022

Guidelines to join online class 

1. Create an email id with student's name. A student will be allowed to join the class only if student's name and user name of the email id is same. Please note that a student will not be allowed to join the class with random user name of the email id.

2. Mobile Users: Install “Google Meet” App on mobile. Sign in with the student's email id only.

3. To join the class, click on the google meet link shared via Whatsapp by your teacher.

4. Click on "Join now" only. Do not click on "Present now".

5.  Turn off your microphone and camera by clicking on the icons.

6. Tap on "All Saints" appearing in the participant list to see the classroom blackboard. Do not click on any other participant name.

7. Once a student joins the class, he/she will be able to watch and listen to the teacher. Please note that online classes are on "listen only" mode.  Students must turn off their microphones while attending class.

8. Students are required to keep their notepads and pens ready before joining the online class.

9. A student is required to check the website to see his/her time-table of the class .
