Please prepare your manuscript according to the IEEE Conference Paper format. The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages long.

We use IEEE CrossCheck, which is very stringent in terms of similarity check. The similarity score of IEEE CrossCheck is usually more than Turnitin. Before submission, please use your institution's Turnitin account to check for your paper's similarity index. It should be less thank 25% before submission. 

After that, please visit the CSPA2025 submission page to submit your manuscript. 

Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least three independent reviewers. The decision on your paper will be informed via email by the dates listed in the Important Dates section.
