AsphaltPro Privacy Policy

AsphaltPro ("the App") is a paving and asphalt construction productivity application developed by AsphaltPro.

Information the App Uses

AsphaltPro may use the device's location information to provide location-based features, including weather and radar information and paving-related live tracking features.

When the live tracking feature is used, location and other information necessary to provide that feature may be transmitted through Firebase services so that live paving information can be made available to authorized users of the feature.

The App does not currently require users to create an account or sign in.

The App does not currently allow users to take or upload photographs.

The App does not display advertisements.

How Information Is Used

Information accessed by AsphaltPro is used to:

• Provide the App's features and functionality.

• Provide weather and radar information.

• Support live paving and project tracking features.

• Save and display information necessary for the user's paving activities.

AsphaltPro does not sell users' personal information.

Third-Party Services

AsphaltPro uses third-party services, including Firebase, to provide certain application functionality. Information transmitted through these services may be processed according to the applicable service provider's privacy practices.

Data Storage and Retention

Some application information may be stored locally on the user's device. Information used by online features, including live tracking, may be transmitted to and stored by the services required to provide those features.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application's functionality or for legitimate business purposes.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by AsphaltPro. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

AsphaltPro is a business and construction productivity application and is not directed toward children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as AsphaltPro gains new features or changes how information is handled. The updated policy will be posted at this location with a new "Last Updated" date.

If AsphaltPro later adds features such as supervisor accounts, account authentication, photographs, additional cloud storage, or other data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
