CASE 1.0 seeks to provide targeted enhancement to critical skills which lead to effective case management, particularly for survivors of OSEC. CASE 1.0 employs an innovative and evidence-based training approach, drawing on the work of Barrows and Tamblyn (1980) who developed the Problem-Based Learning approach. This first CASE Training (indicated by 1.0) will focus specifically on enhancing assessment skills. The training will lead to enhanced utilization of assessment tools and understanding in applying core principles to assessment practices.
