"You don't need a silver fork to eat good food, but you need a guide to feel good food."
Our Purpose & Motivation
The culture of street vendors in Hsinchuang has occupied a huge part of our childhood. Every traditional dessert also symbolizes different memories we have created with our friends and families, but several delicacies are replaced due to people's negligent of food culture nowadays. Therefore, we strived every effort to hold on to this last piece of sweet memory through a food expenditure which will surely be the timeless treasures of the heart.
With the passing of time, food innovation has constantly been affecting the traditional food industry according to the change in the public's preference for food. Seeing a kaleidoscopic variety of creative food products pervading everywhere in the street nowadays, while we delightedly enjoy these new tastes, they also aroused our awareness of our responsibility to preserve our distinctive food culture as a "Hsinchuanger."
brings us a time machine
brings us the essence of childhood
brings us the authentic spirit of street vendors
and we'll bring you along
to taste a scoop of nostalgia
